At Pearson Credit Repair, we encourage an open line of communication. Whether you have questions about our credit solutions, or general inquiries about our services, we’re here to help.

Yes. It is your responsibility to protect your credit while we are working on your credit history. By not paying on your credit cards, adds more damage to your credit report.

We ask clients to give us 180 days, the standard and required time to see results. If no errors are removed after this allocated time, a full refund will be issued.

Smart Credit or Identity IQ allows us to compile a full credit report audit on your behalf.  If you become a client, Smart Credit or Identity IQ is required and contingent during the duration of the contractual agreement.

We require that you identify any negative information that is 100% accurate. You are also require to send us all correspondence received from the bureaus and creditors.

Providing the best service possible is a top priority at Pearson Credit Repair. If we aren’t meeting your expectations or you no longer need our service, you can cancel at anytime, here.

Unfortunately, credit repair is never guaranteed. However, we can guarantee that we will do everything in our power to help you achieve a fair, accurate and substantiated credit report. Kindly note, everyone’s credit history is different. Therefore, the length of time and results vary for each client.
