Yes. It is your responsibility to protect your credit while we are working on your credit history. By not paying on your credit cards, adds more damage to your credit report.
There is a contract. However, you may cancel at anytime.
We ask clients to give us, 180 days to be eligible for a refund. If no errors are removed after 180 days, a full refund will be issued.
Smart Credit or Identity IQ allows us to compile a full credit report audit on your behalf. Within the report, you will see any and all negative items on your report (charge-offs, collections, late payments, repossessions, etc). During the free consultation, our representatives will go over what is hurting your credit and how we can help.
We require that you identify any negative information that is 100% accurate. You are also required to send us all correspondence received from bureaus and creditors.
