Sales Service Representative

Overview

RESPONSIBILITIES (not limited to):

  • Uphold company’s policies and standards.
  • Take inbound calls to actively listen to questions or concerns clients may have about the company’s credit solutions or general inquiries about the company’s services.
  • Navigate complex systems and tools to address the appropriate internal team to respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented.

  • Bilingual a plus.

EXPECTATIONS:

  • Positive and team oriented.

  • MUST work efficiently to meet productive standards.
